To whom it may concern
I am a long standing customer of your site and can not fault you for service but I recently ordered some concentrate from you that I have ordered before and when I opened the bottle I thought it smelt a bit strange nothing like it has smelt like before but I gave it the benefit of the dowt and made up a couple of bottles in the same way using the same products that I always use and it tastes descusting
