MMMMarzipan !

If you like a little [or lot] of Battenberg cake, then this flavouring adds a sweet punch to any Cheesecake, Custard or Bakery mix. It is versatile and mixes well with most juices I've made up so far, but I recommend you use with caution - small amounts of 0.5 - 1.5 % will do, otherwise it will be too overpowering.
