Remember, taste is subjective. We recommend using TFA Peppermint in recipes at approximately 3%, and for single flavour recipes at 5%.

If you're looking for a classic peppermint punch, this might not be what you're after; but as the description states, it would go well with cucumber or something fruity perhaps. It's a light, fresh mint, without significant sweetness but with a hint of koolada-type cooling.
