This vanilla cream flavour is an excellent background for many fruits. Unlike a custard background, a cream will not have the nasal egg flavour. This is a white cream, with its own rich vanilla notes.

Remember, taste is subjective. We recommend using Flavorah Cream in recipes at between 2-5%.
