An alternative vanilla ice cream flavour by The Flavor Apprentice. This is the additive free version, and sadly in our opinion, is nowhere near as good as the original. This flavour is perfect for those looking to create a similar taste to TFA Vanilla Bean Ice-cream, but without any of the additives.
Remember, taste is subjective. We strongly recommend using TFA Vanilla Bean Gelato in recipes at no more than 3%.
